Go Baby Go Rocky Top builds custom motorized vehicles for children

Addy Strunk, 5, can't walk, but she's getting wheels, thanks to a new program of East Tennessee Technology Access Center. Go Baby Go Rocky Top kicks off next week. Through the program, volunteers custom-build motorized vehicles for young children who have challenges with mobility, to allow them to experience the freedom of moving without assistance.
